Mechanical punching press
Mechanical presses are used to carry out the repetitive small punching jobs in the Sheet Metal Fabrication process. These operations are manual and executed by trained operators at Esko Casting and Electronics Pvt Ltd. Adequate safety is built in the machine for the operators.
CNC Bending in operation
Up to three metre long jobs can be processed on the bending machine with relative ease. The sheet bending process is carried out by two operators who hold the job from both the ends and insert into the machine. All the machines have built in safety features.
CNC Punching in operation
A software program is fed into the CNC console of the punching machine at Esko Casting and Electronics Pvt Ltd. The machine carries out the punching operation in the Sheet Metal Fabrication process with ease. The program can cut the repetitive profiles in the loaded job.
