AluminiumThe prime mission at the new Esko Casting and Electronics Pvt Ltd. plant near Faridabad is the export of Aluminium parts and assemblies. The plant has the complete manufacturing capability of HPDC castings, VMC and CNC machining, powder coating and assembly. In addition it has complete and dedicated Electronic Manufacturing Services at Faridabad Haryana location. The thrust of the plant is to maximize exports now.
With the opening of the new Aluminium HPDC plant in the year 2019, Esko casting and electronics private limited has been on a single mission to upgrade and improve its systems to global levels with a view to maximise exports. The beginning had been made when the new plant had been envisaged a few years back. Learning from past experience and integrating it with the most modern concepts prevalent in the industry the new plant layout was conceptualized and then given shape.
When the plant was commissioned in 2019 at Tatarpur, near Faridabad the thrust was provided by the management by adopting the slogan “Recast” on 6th of July 2019. It was a term with which many of the employees in the die casting fraternity could relate to easily. Recast meant that they had to put the organisation in a new mould. The management gave them the vision along with a road map.
The clear direction is to move from Tier-2 to Tier-1 by 2025 in the automotive industry from where the company gets about 30% of its business.
The thrust for the 70% company business in the luminaires field to become a leading supplier by 2024 leaving behind the Chinese competition is progressing at a fast pace.
The company is targeting a major thrust on exports from 2024 onwards.
