Based on the component assembly the EMS is divided into three sections namely SMT, MI and sheet-metal & paint
SMT
Our electronics component Surface mounting line (SMT) is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment & machines as per world class manufacturing requirement. Our SMT line is capable of handling 950mm X 450mm PCB. Our SMT line is fully automatic and does not require any manual intervention and gives a defect free high precision component placement solution which is weel accepted by our esteemed customers.
MI
We have world best Fuji M6 NXT III modules from Japan for electronic Chip component mounting & Fuji XPF Fine pitch placer capable of placing BGA, 100 pin microcontroller, Luxeon-T LED with very small pad. We are using Vitronics Soltech relow with 8 nos heating & 2 nos cooling zone to ensure reliable solder joints. End of line we are implemented YXLON X-Ray inspection System from Germany to provide reliable products.
Sheet Metal & Paint
The sheet metal CNC presses from Amada are used for precision punching and bending of sheet metal components. The sheet metal parts are used in the final assembly of the EMS parts. The seven stage pre-treatment tanks are followed by the liquid painting or powder coating plants as per the customer requirement. The painted products meet all the salt spray test and customer quality requirements.
