Paint shop
The paint shop consists of the most modern PT and powder coating lines. It churns out the powder coated aluminium parts as per customer requirement. The automobile parts and street light housings made from aluminium casting go through the rigourous pre-treatment process. It is followed by the state-of-the-art powder coating process to deliver the products matching the customer specifications. Many of the powder coated aluminium parts are used in the assembly of LED street light and automobile components at Esko Casting and Electronics Pvt Ltd. before delivery to the customers.
Pre-Treatment line
The equipment installed in the line contains the seven tank dip Pre-Treatment process which ensures the delivery of anodized parts.
Powder coating booth
The powder coating booth with cyclone recovery is one of the most eco-friendly equipment available in the plant of Esko Casting and Electronics Pvt Ltd. The powder coated aluminium parts that emerge from the booth are baked in the oven which happens to be the next station in the line. The quality of the paint is checked through DFT, salt spray and other such equipment to ensure compliance with the customer specifications. The salt spray testing is an important parameter for the durability of the powder coated aluminium parts which are prone to oxidation otherwise. The resultant salt spray life exceeds the customer requirement.
Pre and post process equipment
PT line transporter
The PT line uses hi-tech equipment from a reputed manufacturer for transportation of parts from one tank to the next. The line has a semi-automated process which is used to minimise the manual intervention.
Camel Back Oven
The ergonomically designed power saving paint baking oven is utilised to bake the powder coated aluminium parts. The conveyorised process ensures evenly baked parts emerging from the temperature controlled oven.
